Kim played such a big part in making the sale of our home easy and smooth. We were so grateful to be able to rely on her expertise and experience to guide the process and take the lead. Her advice to sell our house without putting in the flooring and painting was so needed, because we weren’t sure what to do. She was detailed oriented when we needed to choose between multiple very different offers. And she was fun and easy to talk to!

Kim did an excellent job leading us through the process from setting the right price to getting us to settlement and everything in between.

Oh gosh where do I begin, Kim and I crossed paths 3 years ago when I purchased my first rental property from her seller and then we reconnected later when I was ready for a second one solely because I value her opinion and have never been in contact with another real estate agent that cares nearly as much as she does nor anyone as knowledgeable. She's an absolute sweetheart and I've had a million questions over the time that I've been working with her and every single one was answered with ease and always with care. Between her and my loan officer this has been an absolute breeze, so I would never even think about working with anyone else in the future. Kim and Blain both know I'll be working with them closely for the foreseeable future to achieve a few goals over the next couple years and already know my plans for the next investment, so I'm excited for the next chapter (:

Kim was wonderful during my home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable and always responds quickly to any question I have. She made herself available for me even with my late work schedules. If I had a concern with the bank, inspector, laborer or anyone, she always got a hold of them immediately to address my concerns. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Before we listed with Kim she came to our house and made suggestions that would help our house show better (when you live there, you overlook many things that are part of your daily life). After signing with Kim she put our house into an every two weeks Open House rotation. Kim was very enthusiastic and upbeat - helpful when you are trying to sell your house. Kim was fantastic! From the first time I called her she was nice and genuinely excited to help us find a home. She was always sending us house listings and was very quick to book the appt to see the listings before they got snatched. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the realastate world (which was a relief as I am not even remotely savvy in this area). In about a month she found us the perfect home! We couldn't be happier!! Thank you Kim!

She was so helpful by meeting contractors and doing all the extra leg work needed. She worked very hard to make sure that whatever was needed was done she was very professional and personal. The upstairs of house needed to be completed and Kim met each contractor that came and gave bids and every time one backed out she found another one. Both buyer and myself (seller) could not have asked more
